Winshape Camp – Parent Reminders

Monday Morning: Check-In and Village Training will be in the main entrance of Limestone College campus every morning from 7:45-8:15am. Monday morning, parents will need to park at the Fullerton Parking Lot and walk their child to Check-In.
* Tuesday through Thursday there will be a morning drive-through drop off at the main entrance loop of Limestone College.
Reminders:
– If you have already completed your registration and medical forms online & paid in full, you can bypass the New Registration & Medical Forms Tents and head straight to the camper name tag boards. They are separated by completed grade level and last names.
– Parents/ guardians will take their Security Card from their camper’s nametag at Check-In. Bring this card with you to Check-Out each day (including Friday). You may text a picture of the card to send to someone else. In fact, it is a good idea for all parents to take a picture of their card in case theirs gets lost, left in the car, etc.
– If you haven’t already, please fill out your Medical Form online by logging into your account at campregistration.winshape.org and click the “Medical Form” button below your camper’s name. You are also welcome to print out and bring in a physical copy of your Medical Form if that is easier.
– Make sure your camper is wearing closed-toed shoes and sunscreen in preparation for the camp day.
– Thanks to our great partners lunch will be provided for campers every day this week. Snacks will also be provided. Please specify at the Medical Tent on Monday if your camper has any food allergies.
– If you need to check your child out early, please come to the Check Point table in the Fullerton Auditorium by 4:15 PM at the latest. Thank you for your cooperation.
– The Camp Store will be open each day at Check-In and Check-Out for camp purchases that make for great memories of the Best Week Ever!We are looking forward to hosting your kids this week!
