Important Information:
Please fill out your Medical Form online. Log into your account at campregistration.winshape.org and click the “Medical Form” button below your camper’s name. Remember to upload a copy of your insurance card or bring it with you to the first day of camp.
Registration will be on 08/01/2016 from 7:45 AM until 8:25 AM. Whether you arrive at 7:45 or 8:25 there will be Village games for your camper to participate in! Check-Out is at 5:00PM. You will be given a Security Card on the first day of camp that you will need to bring back to camp each day when picking up your child.
Each camper will be provided with snacks and lunch everyday thanks to some of our local businesses!!! Lunch for each camper will be provided by the local Chick-fil-A on FRIDAY.
Make sure that your camper wears plenty of sunscreen for the day. It is also important for your camper(s) to wear close -toed shoes. We also encourage your camper(s) to bring their Bible as we will be using them each day.
On Friday the schedule will be a little different. We would like to invite you to Chick-fil-A Friday Family Fun Day. After hearing every evening about the fun your camper(s) had that day, we know you will be itching to be a part of camp yourself. Friday is your day to join in on all the fun. On the first day of camp, you will be given an RSVP card for lunch on Chick-fil-A Friday Family Fun Day. Feel free to invite anyone in your family to be a part and receive a free Chick-fil-A Lunch. You will not want to miss out on this exciting day in your community. The arrival time will be the same as the other days, 7:45 AM. Please make note that if you are not able to participate on this day, Check-Out will be at 1:15 PM.
